Virginia Casagrande

After completing my Bachelor’s in Finance at the University of Warwick, I started my career at Amazon in London, working across operations, commercial strategy, and client delivery for both enterprise accounts and high-growth businesses on the platform. This gave me a practical understanding of how companies scale — from resource allocation and operational discipline to the transition from founder-led execution to repeatable growth. I bring that perspective to founders building from early traction toward more structured, scalable organizations.
Favorite book
The Alchemist, Paulo Coelho. I've read it in four languages.
A piece of advice
Don’t wait until you have everything figured out. Start, stay close to the feedback, and keep improving. That’s true in sports, investing, and building companies.
How I recharge
Sport is a non-negotiable for me. No matter how busy I am, I carve out an hour a day to move, whether that's training for my next marathon or clearing my head with an early morning swim. It's when I do my best thinking, and what keeps me grounded when everything else feels chaotic.
