Having lived 10 years in London, I have a background in management and finance. My journey into venture capital was a natural evolution for me, sparked by my background as co-founder of a HR-Tech startup and then operator in a fintech in the payment sector. These experiences gave me firsthand insights into the struggles and opportunities of entrepreneurship.

Joining 3VC was a no-brainer for me - I was drawn in by the dynamic growth of the region, the incredible team culture, and our distinct investment thesis. What drives me is the opportunity to be a sparring partner, playing the devil's advocate when needed, but always categorically supportive of those who ultimately take the risk – the founders.
