Joining 3VC was a straightforward choice as far as I’m concerned. Much like when considering a new investment, I was inspired by the growth of the region, an amazing team and a distinct investment thesis.

Likewise, entering the venture capital industry was a logical evolution for me. Having caught the entrepreneurial bug while studying at Imperial College in London, I found myself first building a startup in the HR Tech space as a co-founder, and then joining one in the BNPL payment sector as an operator.

I realised during these experiences that what I enjoy doing with my time is being a sparring partner to entrepreneurs. Playing the devil's advocate when needed, but always categorically supportive of those who ultimately take the risk – the founders.
