We are excited to announce that Pactum AI raised a $54M Series C round led by Insight Partners with participation from 3VC, and existing investors Atomico, Project A, Karma Ventures and SuperAngel.
Pactum was built with the bold vision of reinventing enterprise commercial negotiation, and today it is a leading agentic AI platform for enterprise procurement.
Currently, Pactum’s procurement agents autonomously create and close deals across 50+ global enterprises, such as Veritiv, Walmart and Otto. Not only have they proven their ability to create a product that drives meaningful and continuous impact for customers, but they have shown their capability to efficiently scale the company while building a world class team.
Today, we are thrilled to welcome Insight Partners as the lead investor in Pactum’s $54M Series C to enable the next phase of growth to truly enable enterprise procurement with AI agents.
Pactum’s most recent investment will see their enterprise procurement Agentic AI accomplish increasingly complex and strategic tasks, working alongside humans to negotiate and close supplier deals at scale. Given today’s market, where the need for resilient and intelligent negotiation across vast supplier bases is critical, Pactum’s agents have the opportunity to drive a deeper and more positive impact than ever before.
